Warehouse and office development The complex project entails 4500m² of new warehouse accompanied by the 1500m² commercial office building for the same tenant in order to provide a consolidated head office within the Gallagher Estate precinct. One added complexity catered for is that the building will serve as a conference centre after the 10-year lease expires. Additional to such, the precinct has a large parking deficit that further needs to be accommodated for within the designed solution. The project will further entail the full interior fit-out and furniture design for the commercial tenant.

Warehouse, Showroom & Offices The project focused on the refurbishment of an existing sport centre into a showroom, warehouse and offices for our client. Tremendous effort and numerous online meetings with our Austrian client went into making all flows work to accommodate clients visiting the showroom, office staff, deliveries, sales pick-up and general visitors within the busy industrial precinct. We even had to relocate sub-stations to ensure optimal truck deliveries are possible. The warehouse was designed to not only accommodate current storage requirements, but also future volumes with racking heights more than 10metres.
