Warehouse, Showroom & Offices
The project focused on the refurbishment of an existing sport centre into a showroom, warehouse and offices for our client. Tremendous effort and numerous online meetings with our Austrian client went into making all flows work to accommodate clients visiting the showroom, office staff, deliveries, sales pick-up and general visitors within the busy industrial precinct. We even had to relocate sub-stations to ensure optimal truck deliveries are possible. The warehouse was designed to not only accommodate current storage requirements, but also future volumes with racking heights more than 10metres.
