Warehouse and office development
The complex project entails 4500m² of new warehouse accompanied by the 1500m² commercial office building for the same tenant in order to provide a consolidated head office within the Gallagher Estate precinct. One added complexity catered for is that the building will serve as a conference centre after the 10-year lease expires. Additional to such, the precinct has a large parking deficit that further needs to be accommodated for within the designed solution.
The project will further entail the full interior fit-out and furniture design for the commercial tenant.
