Commercial Office Fit-out What a fun project that entailed the refurbishment and fit-out of 205m² commercial office space for Sure Systems. It included space planning, interior design and furniture specification to suite the needs of the tenant. We are very appreciative of our client’s trust in our guidance on the bespoke joinery and furniture design. It resulted in the kind of office we would love to work in, simple natural, bespoke and practical. The process further expanded to council approvals for the entire building in order to obtain the necessary occupation certificates.
SOFT SPLICE
Commercial tenant fit-out The project entailed the refurbishment and fit-out of 300m² of commercial office space for Soft Splice. It included space planning, interior design and furniture specification to suite the needs of the tenant. The client has a strong brand of which the colours were subtly introduced into the interior design. The process further expanded to council approvals for the entire building in order to obtain the necessary occupation certificates.
NOKIA
Commercial Tenant fit-out In association with Trend Procurement After a closed tender process, our team won the bid based on the design approach and financial solution provided. The project entails 1270m² of new commercial office fit-out for Nokia head office within an existing P-grade commercial building within the Waterfall City. It was a turn-key project done in association with Trend Group. The international client wanted an office design that was in line with their international corporate image yet personified to its South African context. The process included an in-depth study and understanding of the brand, their key elements and workplace approach. What an experience dealing with client meetings across four continents, receiving valuable inputs regarding their approach to materials, graphic design and colour. The result being a vibrant and bespoke head office, home to its surroundings.
MEDIHELP
Commercial Office fit-out In association with ARC Architects Pretoria The project entailed the refurbishment and fit-out of 6000m² of office space into the new head office for Medihelp. Extensive space planning was required to ensure the client and all it’s different departments could fit and even allow for future growth, including the staff canteen, wellness days, a gym and clinic. The process also included an extensive furniture audit across departments to see what could be repurposed. This was combined with new furniture design and procurement to derive at the final solution. The design was finally rounded off with bespoke directional signage and decal design to tie all elements together.
INGRESS BUILDING 3
Commercial development The project sees the completion of the third of five commercial office buildings within the precinct and entails about 4400m² of P-grade offices in answer to the current demand in the area. Each building within the precinct have been given it’s own unique identity and the design of Building 3’s common areas have been taken to the next level. The use of directional lines, natural textures, greenery and custom designed lighting and signage all contribute to a welcoming office environment for the tenants.
BLUM KRAMERVILLE
Showroom and Office fit-out The project focused on the refurbishment of an existing sport centre into a showroom, warehouse and offices. With valuable inputs from our Austrian client, a cohesive interior design approach was taken to create unique settings for the different elements that still contributed to an overall uniform design. The interior embraces the visitor at reception, expands through the showroom and then covers the entire office component with staff canteens for both office and warehouse staff. Only highly durable finishes were chosen for the specific environment. The brief further included full furniture design and procurement.
