Retail and Office Refurbishment

The project entails the refurbishment of an existing 4700m² retail centre and offices. The refurbishment is the first phase of upgrading this node. The second Phase will include further retail and parking to sustain the offering. The aim is to expand on the pedestrian scale and culture of the precinct and create a destination and vibrant node in Parktown.
