Commercial tenant fit-out
The project entailed the refurbishment and fit-out of 300m² of commercial office space for Soft Splice. It included space planning, interior design and furniture specification to suite the needs of the tenant. The client has a strong brand of which the colours were subtly introduced into the interior design. The process further expanded to council approvals for the entire building in order to obtain the necessary occupation certificates.
