After a closed tender process, our team won the bid based on the design approach and financial solution provided. The project entails 1270m² of new commercial office fit-out for Nokia head office within an existing P-grade commercial building within the Waterfall City. It was a turn-key project done in association with Trend Group. The international client wanted an office design that was in line with their international corporate image yet personified to its South African context. The process included an in-depth study and understanding of the brand, their key elements and workplace approach. What an experience dealing with client meetings across four continents, receiving valuable inputs regarding their approach to materials, graphic design and colour. The result being a vibrant and bespoke head office, home to its surroundings.
