Commercial development
The project sees the completion of the third of five commercial office buildings within the precinct and entails about 4400m² of P-grade offices in answer to the current demand in the area. Each building within the precinct have been given it’s own unique identity and the design of Building 3’s common areas have been taken to the next level. The use of directional lines, natural textures, greenery and custom designed lighting and signage all contribute to a welcoming office environment for the tenants.
