Podium development
The project sees the completion of the third of five commercial office buildings within the precinct. The first 3 buildings create the first phase positioned around a central courtyard with coffee shops and intimate landscaped seating areas. Great effort has been taken to create different settings along the courtyard and in between buildings where landscaping and seating create comfortable pause areas for staff to take breaks. The pedestrian design further includes walkways lined with custom designed benches, signage and art contributing to the fabric of the precinct.
