MEDIHELP – Commercial Office Refurbishment
In association with ARC Architects Pretoria
The project entailed the refurbishment and fit-out of 6000m² of office space into the new head office for Medihelp. Due to the age of the existing building, the project included extensive service co-ordination and facilitation of a very complex council approval process to get the original building approved under new regulations. The brief further called for façade design and creating a new external face to match the upgrade of the interiors.
